Introduction

This guide will show you how to add Kolleno to your Okta Dashboard. This makes accessing Kolleno faster and more convenient from your Okta account.

Prerequisites

  • Admin access to your Okta account.

  • A Kolleno OIDC App Integration created in Okta. For more information on how to create this, follow this guide.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Navigate to the Okta Admin Console and sign in with your Okta admin credentials.

  2. Go to Applications -> Applications then click the application created after following this guide.

3. In the General tab of the App integration, navigate to the Login section.

4. Change Login initiated by to Either Okta or App

6. Set the Initiate login URI to https://server.kolleno.com/auth/okta/login/?okta_domain=yourcompany.okta.com&referrer=okta_dashboard. Change yourcompany to the name used in the Okta domain. (e.g., kolleno.okta.com)

7. Manage App assignments from the Assignments tab to select which users should see the application.

8. Confirm the app is present on the Okta End User Dashboard.
