Email Engagement Report

View and export detailed engagement data for all emails sent, including delivery, bounce, read, and click activity.

Overview

The Email Engagement Report provides a complete breakdown of email activity for a selected time period. It includes both automated and manual communications and is designed for operational review and reporting.

You can use this report to:

  • Monitor email delivery and bounce rates

  • Track customer engagement through reads and clicks

  • Validate that automated reminders are being sent and opened

  • Support internal and external reporting requirements


How to Access the Report

  1. Go to Reports.

  2. Select Contacts.

  3. Click Download on the Email Engagement Report card.

  4. Select desired date range for the report generation.

  5. You will be notified via email after the file is ready for download.


What the Report Includes

Each row represents a single email sent and includes the following fields:

  • Date Sent: When the email was sent

  • Date Delivered: When the email was successfully delivered

  • Date Bounced: When the email bounced, if applicable

  • Date Read: When the email was opened

  • Date Clicked: When a link was clicked

  • Communication Type: Automated or manual

  • Sent By: User or system that sent the email

  • Template: Email template used

  • Customer: Recipient customer

  • Subject: Email subject line

  • Status: Final email status (Delivered, Read, Bounced)


Date Range and Report Scope

  • The report is generated for a selected date period.

  • All emails sent within that period are included.

  • Engagement events may occur after the send date but are still reflected in the report.
