The Bounced Emails Report is part of the Contacts category. When an email is bounced it means the recipient’s mail server rejected it due to an error.
This report's purpose is to help you quickly identify customers whose emails are not being delivered successfully.
This report provides:
The email address that bounced.
The associated contact and customer name.
The date of the last bounced email.
The total number of bounced emails.
How to Access the Bounced Emails Report
From your navigation menu, go to Reports -> Contacts.
Select Bounced Emails Report.
You will see it listed alongside other reports such as Incorrect Contacts
