Kolleno provides two workflow triggers designed to handle failed communications:
Email Bounced
Text Message Undelivered
Both triggers are available under When an event occurs and allow you to automate actions based on delivery failures.
These triggers are commonly used to:
Create tasks to update customer contact details
Escalate communication from email to SMS
Escalate from SMS to physical mail
How to Configure the Trigger
Step 1: Create a New Workflow
Step 2: Select the Trigger
For bounced emails, select Email Bounced under Email Sent.
For undelivered SMS, select Text Message Undelivered under Text Message Sent.
Using Filters
You can apply filters to narrow down which records trigger the workflow.
Previewing Matching Records
Before activating the workflow, you can preview records that meet your criteria.
