Audit Logs help you monitor and review changes made to a customer account.

Where to Find Audit Logs

  1. Open the Customer record.

  2. Go to Configuration.

  3. Select Audit Logs from the left-hand menu.


Understanding the Audit Log Table

Each row represents a single change event.

Key columns include:

  • Field name: The setting that was modified

  • Date performed: When the change occurred

  • Value before: The previous value

  • Value after: The updated value

  • Performed by: The user or system that made the change

This allows you to quickly verify configuration history and investigate discrepancies.
