To connect a phone number: Settings → Phone Numbers → Redirections → Configure → Add your redirect number → Save

How It Works

When customers call your Kolleno phone number:

  1. The call is automatically recorded

  2. The call is forwarded to your redirect number

  3. Call logs appear in Kolleno alongside customer records

  4. You can review recordings and transcripts later
