If a phone call takes place outside of Kolleno—due to a mobile call, desk phone, or other channel—you can now manually log that interaction. This ensures your customer timeline remains complete and up to date.
How to log a manual phone call:
Go to the customer profile and click the "Action" button.
Select “Phone call” from the menu.
Fill in the call details as you normally would—include notes, call outcome, and any relevant context.
Click “Save note.” The phone call appears in the customer timeline, clearly marked as a manual entry, so your team knows it wasn’t logged via Kolleno’s dialer.
