How to verify a phone number in Kolleno?

This article explains how to verify whether a phone number is in the Kolleno system.

To verify a phone number through the Kolleno system follow the below steps

Note: you can verify the validity of the number and whether it is a mobile, landline or VoIP number using the below method.

Steps:

Navigate to Customers ➡️ Select a customer ➡️ Open the full customer profile page ➡️ select the ... ➡️ edit OR select + and add a new contact

Input the number and select Verify phone number

  • Kolleno will confirm if the number is valid or invalid

  • Kolleno will specify if the number is mobile/landline/VoIP
