You can easily verify phone numbers directly in Kolleno to ensure accuracy before using them for communication.
Note: you can verify the validity of the number and whether it is a mobile, landline or VoIP number using the below method.
Steps to Verify a Phone Number
Step 1:
Navigate to Customers -> Select a customer -> Open full Customer Profile page.
Step 2:
Select the “...” (three dots) next to the contact and click Edit or use “+ Add Contact” to create a new one.
Step 3:
If valid, Kolleno will confirm the number type and display a “Verified” status.
If invalid, you’ll see a red error message prompting to double-check the number.
Step 4:
Once verified, click Save contact to store the validated phone number.
