Kolleno provides two customer-facing portal layouts:
The default portal, which includes invoices, credit notes, payments, payment methods, and files.
A payments-only portal, available upon request.
If you prefer your customers to only view and submit payments without seeing invoices or other financial documents, our team can update your portal layout accordingly.
Requesting the Payments-Only Layout
To switch your portal to the payments-only layout, contact our Support team:
When submitting your request, include:
• A clear confirmation that you want the payments-only portal
• The URL of your Kolleno instance
• If you require this for multiple instances, provide each instance URL
