Tag categories are not displayed as table columns by default. To view tag categories directly in your tables, a custom property must be configured by Support.
Once enabled, tag categories can be displayed as custom columns and used for filtering and visibility.
When a Support Request Is Required
Adding tag categories as custom columns requires backend configuration. Customers cannot create this property directly from the Admin panel.
To proceed, you must submit a request to Support.
What to Include in Your Support Request
When contacting support@kolleno.com, please provide the following information:
Kolleno instance URL
The table where the column should appear
for example, Invoices or CustomersThe tag category name you want displayed
The column name as you want it to appear
Confirmation that the column should be visible by default
Providing this information helps Support configure the column correctly and avoid delays.
