How to exclude non-matching transactions from your reconciliation view?

Hide transactions not meant for matching from your bank feed data view using tags and filters.

You can now customise how bank feed transactions data is displayed in Reconciliation. If certain transactions are irrelevant for matching, you can tag and filter them out — keeping your workspace clean and focused on what matters.

How it works:

  1. Tag transactions you don’t want to see

    • Select a transaction and assign a tag, for example “Not for matching.” or you can name it however you like (ie, refunds, direct debit, etc.)

    • Tags work exactly the same way as they do across the rest of Kolleno — you can:

      • Create new tags

      • Change tag colours

      • Add tag descriptions

      • Search by tag name

  2. Filter out unwanted transactions

    • Once your irrelevant transactions are tagged, go to Filters → Tags → isn’t one of → Not for matching, and apply the filter.

    • This will remove all tagged transactions with the respective tag from your current view.

  3. Save your customised view

    • After applying filters, click "Views" -> "Save view" and give it a name (e.g. Working Reconciliation Transactions).

    • Filtered views are persistent, meaning they’ll stay applied even if you:

      • Navigate to another section of the app

      • Close and reopen the app

      • Return to Reconciliation later
