Use this guide to connect or reconnect your Gmail inbox to Kolleno. A connected inbox allows you to manage all customer communications directly from the platform. If your Gmail inbox shows Not connected or Invalid connection, follow the steps below to re-establish access.
What to expect during reconnection
The reconnection process includes a brief disconnect phase, where Kolleno temporarily unlinks the current inbox before re-establishing access.
During this phase, you may see a list of workflows that will be impacted. This is expected behaviour your workflows will be automatically restored once the reconnection is complete. No workflows will be permanently deleted or lost.
How to Reconnect Your Gmail Inbox
Go to Settings > Email Accounts and locate the Gmail inbox with the connection issue.
Click on the inbox to open its profile and start the reconnection process.
Under Connect new inbox, select Gmail and click Sign in with Google.
A warning message will appear, showing a list of workflows currently linked to this inbox. This is the disconnect phase Kolleno is temporarily unlinking the inbox to re-establish a fresh, authorised connection. Your workflows are not being deleted. They will resume automatically once the reconnection is complete.
Type CONFIRMED and click I understand to proceed.
Choose the Google account to reconnect or click Use another account to sign in manually.
Grant requested permissions to allow Kolleno to restore email access.
