When your Microsoft Exchange inbox becomes disconnected or shows an invalid connection, it’s essential to reconnect promptly to ensure continuous email sending and receiving within Kolleno.

Steps to Reconnect Your Microsoft Exchange Inbox

  1. Go to Settings > Email Accounts and find the inbox flagged as Not connected or Invalid connection.

  2. Click on the affected inbox to begin the reconnection process.

  3. From the Connect new inbox menu, choose Microsoft Exchange.

  4. Click the Connect button next to Microsoft Exchange to proceed.

  5. Email integration Settings will be displayed, chose relevant option

  6. Complete the Microsoft sign-in process and grant all requested permissions.
