Kolleno team can add, on request, filters to exclude NetSuite customers from syncing with Kolleno.
This prevents the selected customers from being synced from now on. However, customers that were already synced before this filter was applied remain in Kolleno.
Why can’t customers be automatically removed?
The sync process does not retroactively update or delete customers. If inactive customers were already pulled into Kolleno before this filter was introduced, they remain unless explicitly removed.
What needs to happen?
To clean up these records:
Kolleno first needs to perform a full resync from NetSuite, now pulling the required fields to identify which customers are currently to be excluded.
The Kolleno team then manually deletes those inactive customers from our system, as this step is not automated.
This manual process ensures Kolleno doesn't accidentally delete valid customer records.
If you’re unsure whether inactive customers are present in Kolleno, we recommend triggering a resync to detect them.
Let us know if you’d like us to proceed (and what fields).
NOTICE: Please note that this is a complex and time-sensitive process that Kolleno performs as a courtesy. Kindly limit the number of requests.
