Disable NetSuite Contact Record Sync

How to stop NetSuite Contact Records syncing into Kolleno.

Overview

By default, Kolleno syncs Contact Records from NetSuite. If your contacts are already stored on Customer or Invoice records (native or custom fields), you may not want these Contact Records in Kolleno.

How to Disable

  1. Contact Kolleno Support at support@kolleno.com or via in-app chat.

  2. Quote the setting code netsuite_person_synchronize

  3. Ask to disable syncing of NetSuite Contact Records.

Notes

  • Existing synchronized contacts remain unless removed separately.

  • Ensure your Customer/Invoice contact fields are correctly mapped.
