Mark contact as INACTIVE in NetSuite

If a contact working for one of your customers needs to be removed, mark them as inactive.

When you have a contact at a customer that needs to be deleted, please consider instead to mark it as inactive as Kolleno does not handle deleted contacts.

  1. Go to the customer in NetSuite

  2. Go to "Contacts"

  3. Click on "Edit"

  4. Go go to " System Information"

  5. Click on "INACTIVE"

  6. Click on "Save"

  7. This is what will then show in Kolleno:
