Charge Card or Direct Debit on File

You can collect payments from customers using saved card or direct debit methods via the Charge Now section. If a preferred payment method is saved, it will be pre-selected automatically in the customers' portal — but you can choose from any available method if needed.

You can enable surcharge settings that allow Kolleno to apply card surcharges via Interpayments, based on card type and local regulations.

To activate surcharges:

Once enabled, surcharges will be automatically displayed in the Charge Now section during payment processing.
