Charge Card or Direct Debit on File

You can collect payments from customers using saved card or direct debit methods via the Charge Now section. If a preferred payment method is saved, it will be pre-selected automatically in the customers' portal — but you can choose from any available method if needed.

You can enable surcharge settings that allow Kolleno to apply card surcharges via Interpayments, (U.S. & Canada only) based on card type and local regulations.

To activate surcharges:

Once enabled, surcharges will be automatically displayed in the Charge Now section during payment processing.
