If you want to identify customers that do not have any contact details saved, you can apply a simple filter to your customer list.
β Steps to Filter Customers with Missing Contact Details:
Go to your Customers List.
Click on the Filters & Columns dropdown at the top.
Under the Filters tab:
Set Where to:
Contact details exist
Set the condition to:
Equals
Set the value to:
False
Click Apply.
This filter will return only the customers missing all contact details (no email or phone number saved).
β οΈ Note: This filter will not return customers who have some contact details partially filled in β it strictly shows customers with neither contact email nor phone number.
