The Contact Persons report exports every contact you have on file for your company in a single Excel sheet, along with the customer they belong to and their contact details. It's useful when you need an offline list of who to reach for collections, or when migrating contacts to another system.
Where to find it
Open Reports from the main navigation.
Expand the Contacts group.
Click Contact Persons → click Download → choose any filters → click Download.
You can also generate it from a saved report schedule if your admin has set one up. The report is delivered as an .xlsx file under Reports → Files.
What it contains
One row per contact person, with the following columns:
Column | Description |
Customer Source ID | The customer's ID in your source accounting system (e.g. Workday, NetSuite). Empty if not synced. |
Customer Ref | The customer reference shown in Kolleno. |
First Name | The contact's first name. |
Last Name | The contact's last name. |
Primary Contact |

Position | The contact's job title / position, if recorded. |
Email Address | The contact's email address. |
Phone Numbers | All phone numbers on the contact, comma-separated and ordered by when they were added. |
Filters
You can narrow the export using the standard contact filters (e.g. by customer, by primary-contact flag, by tag) before generating the report. The applied filters are recorded on the Filters sheet of the workbook so you can reproduce the result later.

File is retained under Reports → Files and can be re-downloaded any time
