Kolleno can automatically sync Salesforce Contacts into your customer accounts. Synced contacts include phone numbers and, if needed, assigned positions like Billing Contact. Contacts are matched based on their Salesforce Account.

Getting Started

To enable Salesforce Contact Syncing, please contact Kolleno Support at support@kolleno and provide:

  1. Whether your Salesforce org supports contacts linked to multiple accounts

  2. Your preferred filter criteria for syncing contacts

  3. Any position names or Salesforce fields to use for position assignment

  4. The phone number fields you want to sync

  5. Whether contacts should be stored at parent customer level

  6. Any additional requirements, such as custom fields or specific syncing rules

Our team will configure your sync based on your needs.

What You Can Configure

You can customise how your contacts sync into Kolleno. Before setup, you may choose to provide:

  1. Contact Matching

Whether your Salesforce organisation allows a single contact to relate to multiple accounts.

  2. Contact Filters

Specify which contacts should sync, such as those with a certain role, status, or custom field value.

  3. Position Assignment

Choose fixed position names or provide a Salesforce field we should use to

    determine a contact’s position.

  4. Phone Numbers

Select which Salesforce phone fields to sync, such as Phone, Mobile Phone, or custom fields.

  5. Customer Groups

Decide whether synced contacts should be stored at the parent customer level when using customer groups.

Filter Options

Filters let you control which Salesforce Contacts are brought into Kolleno.

You may provide:

• Field names to filter on
• The type of match required (exact, contains, in list)
• The values that should be included

This ensures only the contacts relevant to your workflows are synced.
