Below are how these columns of the Customers Touch Points report are defined:

  • Date of Last Communication: latest date from email sent, outbound call, SMS sent

  • Days Since Last Communication Sent: number of days between today and Date of last communication

  • Last Customer Action Date: latest date of inbound call, email received, SMS received, promise to pay, payment

  • Days Since Last Customer Action: number of days between today and Last Customer Action Date
