Before You Start
Make sure that:
Stripe is already connected to your Kolleno account
Card payments are enabled
If Stripe is not connected, surcharge settings will not be available.

Where to Configure Card Processing Fees
Navigate to the following path in Kolleno:
Settings
Payments
Stripe
Three Dots
Configure automatic payments
This is where you can manage card payment surcharge settings.
Pass on card processing fees
You can pass on card processing fees to your clients by choosing on of the below options:
Select the variable fee i.e. % applied to the amount selected to be paid by card
Select the fixed fee i.e. just a nominal fee you would like to charge your customers
Fixed Fee
Apply a fixed, flat amount to every card payment
The same fee is charged regardless of invoice value
This option is useful for applying a consistent handling or processing charge.
How the Fee Appears to Customers
When enabled:
The surcharge is added at the time of payment
Customers see the total amount, including the card processing fee, before completing payment
This ensures transparency and avoids disputes.
