The Collector Tasks page helps you track communication and actions taken toward customer invoices.
Once tasks are completed, dismissed, or snoozed, they move automatically into the Archived view.
View Archived Tasks
From the left-side menu, select Collector Tasks.
At the top-right of the page, click View archives.
This takes you to the Archived Tasks section, showing all previously completed or dismissed actions.
Review Task History
On the Archived page, you’ll find detailed information for each past task where you can see the status of the archived tasks for example Dismissed.
You can hover over the Description field to preview the most recent message linked to that task.
Recover an Archived Task
If you need to bring a task back to the active list, click the ⋯ (three dots) menu next to the task, then select Recover.
This restores the item to your live Collector Tasks view.
