Viewing a customer's tasks from the Customer Hub

Every customer page in the Customer Hub has a Tasks tab showing that customer's open tasks, so you can see what's in flight without leaving the account.

You don't need to leave a customer's page to see what's being worked on for them. Every customer page in the Customer Hub includes a Tasks tab showing that customer's tasks from the Task Manager.

What the tab shows

The tab is filtered to the customer's open tasks by default, so you immediately see what's outstanding — disputes in progress, promises to pay being tracked, or emails awaiting a response. You can adjust the filters to include completed and dismissed tasks if you want the full history.

When this is useful

This view is most useful when you're already looking at an account and need context before acting — for example, before making a collections call, you can check whether the customer has an open dispute or has already promised payment. It also gives account owners a quick way to review everything in flight for a single customer without building a filtered view in the Task Manager.

Working with tasks from here

Clicking a task opens it just as it would from the Task Manager, with the full timeline, actions, and composer available. Anything you do - replying to an email, completing an action, updating the status - is reflected everywhere the task appears.
