When you open the email composer, you'll notice your email signature appears collapsed at the bottom of the message. This is intentional and designed to give you more room to write your email.
To view or edit your signature, simply click the Signature section at the bottom of the composer. It will expand to show your full signature. Click again to collapse
Why are signatures collapsed?
Signatures are hidden by default to maximize the space available for composing your message. This keeps the editor clean and focused on your content.
