Where your Transactions Statement comes from
When your Kolleno account is configured to use NetSuite as the statement source, the Transactions Statement PDF is pulled directly from NetSuite. The document your customers receive looks and reads exactly like a statement printed from NetSuite.
What the Transactions Statement includes
For NetSuite-sourced accounts, the Transactions Statement (PDF) covers all account activity within the selected date range:
All invoices — open and closed
Credit memos — applied and unapplied
Payments — applied and unapplied
Journals
A running balance for the full period
Unlike the Open Items Statement, settled and closed transactions are included, giving a complete view of account activity over a specific timeframe.
How it compares to the Open Items Statement
Statement Type | What It Includes | Best For |
Open Items Statement | Open transactions only — invoices, credit memos, payments, journals | Monthly statements showing only what is currently outstanding |
Transactions Statement | All activity in the period — open and closed — with a running balance | A full account history for a specific date range |
This applies to the PDF version only. This feature requires your account to be configured with customer_portal_statement_source = netsuite. Contact your Kolleno representative if you are unsure of your current configuration.
