If one or more CSV files uploaded to your SFTP folder have not been processed or were processed incorrectly you can trigger a re-process directly from the SFTP file viewer in Kolleno. There is no need to re-upload the file to your SFTP folder.
Steps
Go to your Settings.
Click on
Accounting.Scroll down to the CSV via SFTP section and click
View.In the file list, click the Re-process files in range... button.
Select the date range for the files you want to re-process.
Confirm the action. Kolleno will queue those files for re-processing.
