What this alert means
Your workflow has a filter pointing at a field that is no longer available in Kolleno's data schema. While the filter is broken, the workflow is paused; it won't advance any records until the mapping is fixed.
You'll see it under Workflows β Alerts, with a message like:
This workflow has a filter on Customer referencing the field legacy_account_code, which is no longer available in the current schema.
Why this happens
It's almost always a Kolleno-side mapping issue, typically after a custom field in your accounting system (such as NetSuite) is renamed, removed, or restructured. Because mappings are managed inside Kolleno, you generally can't fix this from the workflow editor.
What to do
Don't delete the workflow: its setup is fine, only the mapping is stale.
Contact Kolleno Support (in-app chat or email) and share the alert or the workflow name.
Once support corrects the mapping, the alert clears automatically on the workflow's next run: no manual dismissal or workflow edit needed.
While the alert is active
The affected workflow won't send emails, create tasks, or escalate. Other workflows are unaffected, and no customer data is lost: records simply wait until the workflow resumes (usually within one business day of contacting support).
FAQ
Can I just edit the filter to remove the broken field? You can, but you may change what the workflow targets. Leave it as-is and let support correct the mapping.
Will the alert come back after it's fixed? No. Once a successful run confirms the filter is valid, it stays cleared.
Multiple workflows are showing this alert. Why? Usually a single mapping issue affecting several workflows. Mention this to support so they can fix them together.
