Kolleno allows you to select and attach payment plans when sending manual emails to customers.
This makes it easy to send personalized payment plan reminders, confirmations, or updates without manually typing out the details.
How to Attach a Payment Plan to a Manual Email
Step 1: Start Composing an Email
Step 2: Select the Payment Plans Tab
In the email composer, click on the Transactions
Navigate to the Payments Plans
Step 3: Choose Your Payment Plan
Select the payment plan you want to include.
The selected payment plan will appear in the Transactions field of your email
Step 4: Customize and Send
Add your subject line and message body
Use the Insert smart field button to add dynamic payment plan details (see below)
Send your email
Using Smart Fields for Payment Plan Details
Click the Insert smart field button in the email composer to add dynamic payment plan information such as:
Payment plan name and schedule
Installment amounts and due dates
Remaining balance
Individual installment details
