Requesting Bulk Updates to Workflow Task Times

Bulk changes to the scheduled send times of tasks across all or specific workflows in your account.

If you need to change the scheduled time for tasks across multiple workflows (for example, changing all tasks from 9:00 AM to 7:00 AM), manually updating each task in every workflow can be extremely time-consuming.

Kolleno's support team can assist you with bulk updates to workflow task times.


When to Request a Bulk Update

You should request a bulk workflow time update when:

  • You need to change the task send time across multiple workflows

  • Updating each workflow manually would take considerable time

  • You want to ensure consistency across all your automated communications


How to Submit Your Request

To request a bulk update to your workflow task times, please contact Kolleno Support with the following information:

Required Information

  1. Current task send time (e.g., "05:00")

  2. New task send time (e.g., "12:00")

  3. Scope of the update:

    • Option A: Apply to all active workflows in your account

    • Option B: Apply to specific workflows only

  4. What to update:

    • Option A: Emails Only

    • Option B: SMS Only

    • Option C: ALL

If you only want to update certain workflows, please provide:

  • The Kolleno workflow IDs for each workflow you want to update

  • Alternatively, the workflow URLs from your Kolleno account
