What Is a Zuora Environment?
Zuora operates across different regions and environments:
Production - Your live Zuora account with real customers and billing data
Sandbox - A testing environment used for development or validation purposes only
⚠️ Important
To sync real billing data into Kolleno, make sure you connect to your Production Zuora environment. Sandbox environments should only be used for testing.
How to Find Your Zuora Environment
Step 1: Check Your Zuora Login URL
The fastest way to identify your environment is by checking the URL you use to log into Zuora.
