When connecting Kolleno to Zuora, selecting the correct environment is essential to ensure your billing data syncs correctly.

This guide helps you correctly identify which Zuora environment to choose.

What Is a Zuora Environment?

Zuora operates across different regions and environments:

  • Production - Your live Zuora account with real customers and billing data

  • Sandbox - A testing environment used for development or validation purposes only

⚠️ Important
To sync real billing data into Kolleno, make sure you connect to your Production Zuora environment. Sandbox environments should only be used for testing.
