How to Connect Zuora to Kolleno

Connect Zuora to Kolleno to sync data automatically using secure API connection.

Follow these steps to securely connect your Zuora account to Kolleno and enable automated data synchronization.

Step 1: Create a Zuora API User

  1. Log in to your Zuora account.

  2. In the top-right corner, click the user dropdown and select Administration.

  3. Click Manage Users.

  4. Click Add Single API User, and choose API User.

  5. Leave the default role and settings unchanged.

  6. Use an internal company email address.

  7. Verify the user via the link sent to the email address.

  8. Once the user is active, proceed to create OAuth credentials.

Step 2: Create OAuth Client Credentials

  1. Go back to Manage Users and click on the newly created API user.

  2. Scroll down to the OAuth Credentials section.

  3. Use Kolleno as the App Name.

  4. Add in an optional description.

  5. Click Create.

  6. Copy both the Client ID and Client Secret.

    ⚠️ Store them temporarily — the secret will only be shown once.

Step 3: Connect Zuora in Kolleno

  1. In Kolleno, go to Settings > Accounting.

  2. Locate the Zuora section and click Connect.

  3. Paste the Client ID and Client Secret.

  4. Click Connect.

✅ If the credentials are valid, synchronization will begin automatically.
