Sometimes, the connection between Kolleno and NetSuite can expire, or your NetSuite account may reach its limit of active access tokens for a specific role.
When this happens, you’ll see one of the following certain errors within Kolleno when attempting to re-establish your NetSuite connection

This message indicates that Kolleno has lost touch with your NetSuite integration and you need to re-establish the connection.
Exceeded number of active tokens
This user has exceeded the number of active access tokens for this role.
This appears when the system attempts to connect but encounters an error due to token or role limits.
Steps to Resolve
Check the message in Kolleno
Go to Settings → Accounting → NetSuite.
If you see “Re-establish your NetSuite connection”, click Reconnect and follow the prompts to restore your connection.
If you see “This user has exceeded the number of active access tokens for this role”, proceed to the next step.
Locating the Access Tokens
You can see which users have access tokens by:
Signing in to NetSuite.
Navigating to:
Setup → Users/Roles → Access TokensThe Access Tokens page displays all existing tokens.
How to Revoke Access Tokens
Reconnect from Kolleno
Return to Kolleno → Settings → Accounting → NetSuite.
Click Reconnect and follow the on-screen steps to reauthorize access.

Double-check your NetSuite role permissions and token limits.
