This guide explains the manual way to attach a CSV file from your ERP when emailing a customer.
Step 1: Open Customer Profile
Navigate to Customers and select the customer profile.
Step 2: Start a New Email
Click on Action β Email to open a new message window.
Step 3: Open File Attachment Options
In the email window, click the Attachment icon Select Upload from storage.
Step 4: Retrieve Files from ERP Storage
Go to the Files from ERP tab to view files synced from your ERP system.
Select the File you want to attach:
Attach the Selected file
Step 5: Attach and Send
Once selected, the file will be added to your email. Complete your message and click Send.
