The User Activity Report provides a per-user summary of client allocation, manual communications, and task performance. It helps you understand how actively and efficiently each team member is engaging with customers.

Name | The user or team member whose activity is being reported. |
Number of Customers | Total number of customers assigned to the user. |
Total Manual Communications | Combined count of all manual outbound communications (Email + SMS + Calls). |
Average Number of Communications per Customer | Average engagement level per customer, calculated Total Manual Communications / Number of Customers |
Number of manual email messages sent by the user. | |
SMS | Number of manual SMS messages sent to customers. |
Calls | Number of logged outbound calls made by the user. |
Tasks Due (assigned) | Total number of tasks assigned to the user. |
