Customer Configuration in Kolleno

Learn how to customize and manage individual customer settings in Kolleno.

The Customer Configuration page allows users to manage key attributes that define how Kolleno interacts with a specific customer.


This includes financial setup, account associations, and access controls.
You can access it by navigating:

Customers β†’ Customer Profile β†’ Configuration

Configuration Settings:

Customer Currency

Sets the default transaction currency for the selected customer.
This ensures that invoices, payments, and balances are shown in the appropriate currency.


Invalidate Customer Portal URLs

Use this to deactivate existing customer portal links.
This action is helpful if credentials or access links need to be refreshed for security reasons.


Strike Level

Represents the collection urgency threshold for this customer.
Higher strike levels indicate stricter collection workflows and increased follow-up activity.


Portfolio Assignment

Defines which portfolio or customer group this customer belongs to.
Click Manage Portfolios to reassign or update their portfolio grouping.


Linked Customers

Displays other customer accounts associated with this one β€” such as parent or subsidiary entities.
Click Manage Linked Customers to modify these relationships.


Customer Address

Lists the main registered address of the customer.
This information is typically pulled automatically from your ERP or CRM but can be reviewed for accuracy.
