If you want your totals in Kolleno to tie directly to your accounting system’s A/R aging report, we recommend using the Detailed Aging Report.

This report provides a complete breakdown of invoices across different aging groups with both a summary and detailed view. It is the best source when reconciling Kolleno data with your accounting system.

Steps to Download:

  1. Navigate to Reports from the left-hand menu.

  2. Select Detailed Aging.

  3. Click Download and choose filters if needed.

  4. Confirm by clicking Download again.

5. You will then be able to see the View Report Downloads status

6. When status is Complete, open the file to view the report. By pressing on the download icon.

7. You’ll also get an email notification with a direct download link.

Now you can see your report and review all the details right away.
