Add Custom fields to your Kolleno Customers

Capture extra customer data using custom fields in multiple formats.

You can now add custom fields to customer profiles in Kolleno.

These fields appear under the Insights tab on each customer’s page and can be used to track any extra information your team needs — from contract start dates to account-specific flags.

Available Custom Field Formats:

  • Boolean (true/false)

  • Date

  • Date & Time

  • Decimal

  • Integer

  • String (text)

To enable custom fields in your environment, contact Kolleno Support and request setup. Once enabled, you’ll be able to view and edit each custom field directly within the customer record.
