  1. When building a record management workflow for customers, you now have the option to "Add a tag." for all the customers that fit the workflow criteria.

  2. You can select from existing tags or create new ones by clicking "Manage tags."

  3. Once you’ve chosen a tag to assign to customers, make sure to exclude it in the trigger node condition to avoid triggering the workflow for already tagged customers.
