  1. When building a record management workflow for customer groups, you now have the option to "Add a tag." for all the customers that are within the group.

  2. You can select from existing tags or create new ones by clicking "Manage tags."

  3. Once you’ve chosen a tag to assign to customers, make sure to exclude it in the trigger node condition to avoid triggering the workflow for already tagged customer groups.

  4. Once the worfklow has run, you will see an updated tag on the customer group level:
