When customising your invoice table view in Kolleno, you can choose to display two related but distinct columns: Days late and Days due. Here's what they mean and how to interpret them:

πŸ•“ Days Late

  • Definition: Number of calendar days an invoice is overdue.

  • Visibility: This value only appears after the due date has passed.

  • Example: If an invoice was due on 16 April 2025 and today is 23 May 2025, it will show 37 days late.

  • Note: If an invoice is not yet overdue, this column remains empty (--).

πŸ“… Days Due

  • Definition: Number of days between today and the due date.

  • Can be:

    • Positive: Invoice is past due (same value as Days Late).

    • Negative: Invoice is due in the future.

  • Example: If today is 23 May 2025 and the due date is 18 March 2025, the value will be -67 (67 days until due).

Please note that the counting of days stops when the invoice is fully paid.
