Harness the power of Kolleno automations to atomically prompt you if a new customer has been created in your connected ERP.

An example of this might be that you need to send a "welcome" email or an "onboarding form" to a new customer. Since that customer has been created in your ERP and is now in Kolleno, you can use an automation to prompt you to action this or automatically action this.

This field "customer days source created" can be used for such purposes. What it means is that a customer was created in your ERP X days ago. In this example, we will capture any customers created in the connected ERP up to 30 days ago. So you can backdate a workflow to send tasks or emails and action accordingly.

Below is an example of a workflow that has this filter that will send a welcome email automatically to the customer if they were created in the past 30 days.
