How to pause a specific Workflow Run

You can add an additional pause to a stage of the workflow from the customer hub.

You may need to pause a workflow run for any reason. This is a different setting to pausing a workflow for a promise to pay or due to receiving or sending manual correspondence to your customer.

You can pause a workflow for a period of time from within the customers timeline for specific reasons.

Choose your respective customer(s) from your customer list.

On the right hand side of your customer, you will see Workflows underneath the Kolleno AI Copilot. Click the three dots on the right hand side where you can select "Pause".

You can then pause the workflow until a specific period. Choose the date and time in the future and click "OK".

Then click Save. You can always turn off the pause by clicking "Do not pause".
