If a valid phone number could not be used to send a text message (SMS), it is most likely because the phone country prefix is missing.
Kolleno knows the country phone prefix for the number from two possible sources:
1) If the phone prefix was in your ERP/accounting platform, then Kolleno will use this prefix.
2) If not, Kolleno will use the number from the Country set in your Company settings. Once you have selected a country, make sure to click on "Save".
