Yes, the Kolleno system will retry every 30 minutes to resend the SMS
How to fix a failed email address in Kolleno?
You can either change/add a new phone number to the contact in Kolleno
You can amend the contact in your ERP/accounting system and it will update in Kolleno
You can add a new contact in Kolleno or ERP/your accounting system
You can mark another contact as primary (you do not have to deactivate another the other primary contact, Kolleno will send to multiple primary contacts)
What will happen to the strategy if my email fails?
Kolleno will attempt to resend the SMS from the same point in the the strategy.
