You can link two or more customers in Kolleno if they are related in some way.

Use case 1:

You have a main customer with one or multiple subsidiary customers. But you would like to only contact the main customer with information about all accounts

  • Steps:

    • Link customers all together (see tutorial on how to link customer here)

    • Add just the parent – with the main contact to the strategy

    • In templates – add in the linked tag i.e. All invoices Linked Table , or All Due Invoices Linked List

This will send a list or table to the parent – main contact with all linked invoice information

Use Case 2:

You have multiple customers that are all linked with multiple contacts that you would like to update on the status of all accounts

  • Steps:

    • Link customers all together (see tutorial on how to link customer here)

    • Add all linked customers to the strategy as they all have separate contacts

    • In templates – add in the linked tag i.e. All invoices Linked Table , or All Due Invoices Linked List

This will send a list or table of all linked invoices to all contacts in the linked groups

FAQ's:

  • What if they do not have a primary contact?

    • It will send the information to all contacts

  • Does one primary contact carry over as the primary of all linked customers?

    • No, Kolleno looks at the contacts of each customer separately

  • Can I setup a separate strategy for Linked Customers?

    • Yes, make sure to use the Linked tags in the template
