By default, all customers are switched ON for chasing. This means Kolleno will send automated reminders and communications based on your strategies and triggers.
However, you may want to switch chasing OFF for specific customers if you prefer not to contact them automatically.
What happens if I switch customers off for chasing?
When a customer is switched OFF:
Bulk reminders will stop (they won’t receive any chasing campaigns).
Workflow communications may still send, unless you exclude the customer using workflow filters (e.g. Customer chasing paused : True).
They will be removed from all chasing strategies until turned back ON.
How do I switch the customer OFF from chasing?
There are two simple methods:
1. From the Customer Profile
Navigate to the Customers -> Customer Profile.
Locate the Chasing toggle button.
Switch the button to RED to turn chasing off.
2. From the Customer Dashboard
Go to the Customer Dashboard.
Find the relevant customer in the list.
Toggle the Chasing button to RED to switch OFF.
Switching Customers Back ON
To resume chasing, simply toggle the same button back to GREEN. This will immediately re-enable automated reminders and communication for the customer.
