Fixing a Missing or Incorrect Last Payment Date

Learn what the Last Payment Received date is, when it may be missing.

In Kolleno, each customer record has a Last Payment Received date, the date of their most recent successfully processed payment. This date is used across Kolleno to give you an up-to-date picture of your customers' payment activity.

In most cases, this field is kept up to date automatically. However, in some situations such as after a data migration or a historical data import this date may be missing or showing an incorrect value.

Backfill Customer Last Payment Date

The Kolleno support team can run a backfill on your account, which will look at each customer's full transaction history and populate or correct the Last Payment Received date accordingly.

To get this fixed, contact the Kolleno support team and include the following in your request:

  1. What you are seeing — for example, "The Last Payment Received date is missing for several customers" or "The date looks incorrect for a specific customer."

  2. The scope — let us know if the issue affects:

    • A specific customer (share their name or URL of the customer)

    • Your entire account

  3. Please use this code when requesting: backfill_customer_date_last_payment_received
