If your Sage data is not reflecting the latest changes in Kolleno, you can trigger a manual synchronization directly from the Accounting settings. This allows you to re-sync data from a specific point in time without waiting for the next scheduled sync.
Trigger a Manual Synchronization
Navigate to Settings in your Kolleno account.
Select Accounting from the left-hand menu.
Locate the Sage integration. It will display a green Connected badge when active.
Click the three-dot menu (⋯) on the right-hand side of the Sage row.
Select Manually synchronize from the dropdown.
Select the Synchronization Date
A Select date dialog will appear with a pre-filled Date From (included) field, defaulting to the last successful sync timestamp.
To change the start date, click the calendar icon and select the desired date and time using the date picker.
Once the correct date is selected, click Confirm.
