When configuring a workflow email and selecting who to send the communication to, you can add recipients across multiple fields such as Primary Contacts, Others Contacts, Invoice Primary Contacts, and Invoice Others Contacts.
This means each unique email address will only ever receive one copy of the email, regardless of how many recipient fields it appears in.
Example:
If john@testcorp.com is listed as both a Primary Contact and an Invoice Primary Contact, Kolleno will send a single email to john@acmecorp.com not two.
